I love spending time here. It is great for reading or just enjoying the scene. My favorite food is the Francisco Lox Bagel or the North Beach Frittata. I sometimes order a side salad and soup which I really enjoy. The coffee is fantastic.

We popped into Cafe Francisco on our last morning in the city, it was a fantastic breakfast spot. Our breakfast bagels were prepared perfectly and piping hot! The coffee was spectacular also. The service was superb and so friendly. I loved how regulars popped in and he knew them by name. The atmosphere and ambience was everything I had hoped it would be, quaint with a historic feel. I highly recommend this spot!

Very solid neighborhood cafe. Came in midday looking for a place to work. Got a delicious chai latte and found a great private booth with outlets. Service was friendly and would come back.

The customer service itself is fantastic. The owner is so kind and welcoming! It's a one man show, and I'm so impressed! I just moved a couple blocks down from here and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite go to spots! The food I've had has been amazing. I got the roast beef Tuscany. The fresh pesto is delicious and amazing meat! It's a super chill fun vibe. Great little place to work in. Everything takes a little longer because it is a one man show. But everything is extremely fresh! The prices are very comparable to everywhere else if not a little less for select items!

I loved how homey this cafe was. The owner was friendly and also recognized a few regular customers. I got the iced latte, which was alright, a bit watery for my taste. The sandwiches looked quite good, and I'd definitely come back for them.

While there was a little bit of a wait, the one man band made probably the best tomato soup I've ever had. Average pricing with classic music. Do recommend!!

This place is so good. You can easily walk right by but but this place was cause I needed to find somewhere to work and hang out while my bf was working close by. The owner is SO nice and works SO hard. He was cashier, greeting everyone, making our food, cleaning tables. This man never stops. Quiet neighborhood and this place is such a cute place to hang out. I heard him talk to everyone and knew so many locals. I can see why people love this place and come back. The food was AWESOME. It was so hot and fresh! It took a while but then again, 10 people were ahead of me and he had to make their food too. Some of the reviews mention that it takes a while but that's not a problem I'd you're just chilling and hanging out. Coffee is hot and fresh. I got a black dark roast. I like my coffee black and this really was devious. He's great at what he does and you should give this place a shot! Love it and can't wait to come back.

Such a wonderful atmosphere! It felt homey and like a classic, casual cafe run by a fine gentleman. I loved the soft radio playing tunes in the back as I sat down in one of their many chairs and looked at the chalkboard menu. The service was amazing, I was welcomed in by the boss and we had a great conversation about the food! I really love the atmosphere of this place. I had seen this amazing avocado toast here on yelp and got that alongside a lox bagel. It was absolutely SUPERB! I enjoyed my meal dearly and genuinely wish that this cafe was closer to where I lived because I would certainly frequent such a cute place. The freshness and quality of the ingredients makes me crave more just thinking about it. I got to go back!

Very cute cafe with great food and drinks. Obviously frequented by a lot of regulars who seem to personally know the proprietor. My friends and I went on a Sunday morning and we all ordered egg dishes, which did take a while to make. This makes sense because a lot of people came in and it's only one person working behind the counter (and everything is made to order). No problem if you have time to sit and hang out but if you're in a rush and you want more than a coffee, might not be the best option. I had Le Croissant, eggs with avocado, tomato, red onion on a croissant. Delicious!
